Barrington Aims To Add To Food Truck Roster
Free permits available to those looking to operate a mobile food establishment in Barrington this spring and summer.
BARRINGTON, RI — The end of the NFL season and Red Sox equipment truck leaving for spring training has some thoughts turning from winter to spring activities outdoors. In Barrington, that can mean getting a meal from one of the region's many outstanding food trucks.
Barrington would like to bring the best of them to down, but first they must register for a Mobile Food Establishment permit. The permit is free, but must be displayed at all times when serving from a food truck in the town.
