Barrington Middle School To Host Student Vaccination Clinic

The first dose will be administered Saturday, May 22 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

BARRINGTON, RI — Barrington Public Schools will host a COVID-19 vaccination clinic for middle school students ages 12-15, students age 16 and older, and immediate family members, said the district in an announcement Thursday.

The clinic will be offering the Pfizer vaccine at Barrington Middle School under the supervision of members of the Barrington Fire Department. Parents must accompany their child if they are age 15 or younger.

The first dose of the vaccine will be administered Saturday, May 22 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the school cafeteria and the second dose will be administered three weeks later on Saturday, June 12. The clinic has 480 available appointments.

Students and family members who would like to be vaccinated must complete the first dose survey by Wednesday, May 19 at 8 a.m. and second dose survey by Wednesday, June 9 at 8 a.m. First dose registration can he accessed here and second dose here.
