Barrington Police Say Missing Teen Located Safely
Barrington police, who asked the public's help in finding 17-year-old Collin Phillips on May 21, said he was located on Monday.
BARRINGTON, RI — Barrington police on Monday night announced that a 17-year-old reported missing two weeks ago had been located.
Police said Collin Phillips was found and was safe.
On May 21, Barrington police sent out a notice asking for the public's help in finding the teen, who had last been seen on May 17.
