BARRINGTON, RI — St. Luke's School is once again partnering with the local nonprofit Tap-In for this year's Trot Your Turkey Off Road Race on Nov. 30. The annual 5K race raises funds for nearby food pantries during the busy holiday season.

This year marks the 20th anniversary of the road race, which has become a post-Thanksgiving tradition. More than 1,000 runners from around the state and region are expected to take part in the 5K walk/run or kid-friendly 1.5 mile loop.

The race is open to runners of all skill levels and ages and will begin at 10 a.m. on Nov. 30 at 10 Waldron Avenue in Barrington. Registrations submitted before Thanksgiving cost $20 for adults or $12 for children under 14. More information is available on the race's website.
