Eagles Move Up a Spot in Grid Poll
La Salle remains in the top spot, and they remain undefeated; No. 4-ranked Portsmouth plays Barrington tonight at Victory Field.

Back after a week’s absence – thanks Sandy! – not much has changed in the top six of the Rhode Island high school football media poll.
Although the order has switched around a bit, La Salle, Hendricken, Cranston East and Portsmouth remain the top four in the state. La Salle remains undefeated, while the other three have traded wins and losses against one another.
Barrington High goes up against one of the top four tonight. Portsmouth, ranked No. 4, comes to Victory Field to tangle with the Eagles. Barrington is ranked at No. 8 with a 3-4 record in the division and 4-6 overall. Portsmouth is 5-2 in the division and 8-2 overall.
