Four Homes Change Hands, Including $800,000 Property in Rumstick

Four warranty deeds for properties that changed hands were recorded in the Barrington Town Hall last week, Aug. 4-10, including a home in the Rumstick neighborhood that sold for $800,000.

The homes are located in the Nayatt, Rumstick, and Hampden Meadowsneighborhoods. They ranged in price from a low of around $271,000 to the $800,000 property.
