Four Homes Change Hands, Including $800,000 Property in Rumstick

Four warranty deeds for properties that changed hands were recorded in the Barrington Town Hall last week, Aug. 4-10, including a home in the Rumstick neighborhood that sold for $800,000.

The homes are located in the Nayatt, Rumstick, and Hampden Meadowsneighborhoods. They ranged in price from a low of around $271,000 to the $800,000 property.

• 8 Bay Road, $370,000, sold by Robert H. Hurt and Beth A. Hurt to Bradley M. McDermott.
• 68 Chachapacasset Road, $271,300, sold by Kathryn M. Litton to Bridget M. Johnson.
