Four warranty deeds for homes that changed hands were recorded in Barrington Town Hall last week, Dec. 16-22.

The deeds show sale prices that range from a low of $126, 600 to a high of $745,000. The houses are located in four neighborhoods: Bay Spring, Nayatt, Mathewson Road and the middle school.

The prices can give you some idea of the market value of Barrington properties in the current real estate market if you are thinking about buying or selling a home.
