PawSox To Honor Barrington Little League At Upcoming Home Game
The boys may not have won the Little League World Series, but they're still coming home to a hero's welcome in Rhode island.
BARRINGTON, RI — Fresh off an impressive run for the national Little League World Series, Barrington's All-Stars will be honored at this Saturday's PawSox home game. Half of the ticket sales will go towards supporting the team.
"Happy to announce that the PawSox will be recognizing Barrington Little League this Saturday, who made a historic run in this year's Little League World Series," the PawSox announced on Wednesday.

The team fell to New Jersey two runs to zero on August 20, ending their chances of taking home the World Series title.

"It's certainly something they'll never forget," Manager Chris Promades previously told Patch.
This was Barrington's first state championship win in more that four decades.
