RI Power Outages: More Than 18,000 Households

As of 4:45 a.m., more than 18,000 households were without service.

COVENTRY, RI — Northern Rhode Island took the brunt of the storm overnight, as far as power outages due to the nor'easter. More than 4,000 customers in Cumberland and more than 4,000 in Glocester lost electricity. Overall, more than 15,000 households in Providence County were without service. Hardest hit elsewhere was Coventry, where more than 1,400 households have lost electricity.A handful of outages also occurred elsewhere, as of 4:45 a.m. Click here for the outage map.
