SOLD: 10 Homes Change Hands

Ten warranty deeds were recorded in the Barrington Town Hall last week for homes that changed hands.

The homes are located primarily in the middle school, West Barrington, Town Center and Hampden Meadows neighborhoods. They ranged in price from a low of $245,000 to a high of $442,000.
