SOLD: 2 Homes Change Hands

Only two warranty deeds were recorded in the Barrington Town Hall last week, March 3-9. 

The homes are located near the Palmer River and not far from the Hampden Meadows School in the those Hampden Meadows neighborhoods.

The sale prices on the homes were a low of $297,000 and a high of $357,500. The prices can give you some idea of the value of your property if you live near or in those neighborhoods.
