SOLD: 3 Homes Change Hands in Barrington

Three warranty deeds were recorded in the Barrington Town Hall last week, Oct. 27 to Nov. 2, for homes that changed hands. 

The homes are located in the Rumstick and Maple Avenue neighborhoods. They ranged in price from a high of more than $500,000 to a low of $383,000.  

If you are thinking of selling your home, the prices can give you some idea of the value of your property if you live in or near those neighborhoods. 

• 4 Driftwood Dr. from Carleton R. Whitney to Karen M. Lovelace and Jannik P. Tofte for $505,000 
• 254 Nayatt Rd. from B. Eileen Miller to Andrew J. Biafore and Kate P. Biafore for $383,000
• 220 Foote St. from William C. Dukes to Michael S. Arden for $399,000
