Two Barrington Homes Change Hands

Two warranty deeds were recorded in the Barrington Town Hall last week, Sept. 29-Oct. 5, for homes that changed hands. The deeds were the first property transfers in about two weeks, an indication that the real estate market may be slowing down as the leaves change color.

The homes are located in the Hampden Meadows and YMCA neighborhoods. They ranged in price from a high of $430,000 to a low of $170,000.
