PROVIDENCE, RI – A waterfront home in Rumstick Point has been sold for $2.1 million, according to Residential Properties Ltd.

The price made 8 Pheasant Lane the third highest sale in Barrington just this year.

Christina Ardente was the listing agent, and with that closing, RPL has now listed 13 of the 17 sales over $1,000,000 in Barrington this year.
