Bear Sighted In Coventry Neighborhood: Police
According to police, a bear found a snack at a bird feeder on Howard Avenue.
COVENTRY, RI — Another hungry bear has been spotted on Howard Avenue and on Hope Furnace Road, police said. The bear turned up July 12. Police said he emptied a bird feeder on Howard Avenue. Residents are reminded to remove the feeders and make sure the trash barrels are either empty or secure.
