CCRI Holding Fall Open House For High School Seniors
Prospective high school graduates are welcome to attend to learn more about the school and apply for the Rhode Island Promise Scholarship.
WARWICK, RI — The Community College of Rhode Island is holding an open house for high school seniors on Feb. 18. Attendees will have the chance to meet with advisors, apply for the Rhode Island Promise Scholarship, learn more about financial aid and more.
All students who will graduate this spring are eligible to apply for the scholarship, which offers two years of free college tuition to 2020 high school graduates or GED recipients who are younger than 19 years old. Applicants must enroll full time, earn 30 credits per year and meet grade point average requirements.
The open house will be held from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the Great Hall of the Knight Campus.
