Game On: Coventry Challenges Warwick To A LipSynch Competition
The police department and Central Coventry Firefighters put together a video. Don't miss the "Staying Alive" spot. And Warwick has accepted.
COVENTRY, RI—Once "Live PD" started following the Warwick police around with cameras, it was probably inevitable people in other communities would wonder. Why Warwick? Why were their local officers left out of the limelight? Now Coventry police and the Central Coventry Fire Department are challenging Warwick to a talent contest of sorts.
As Coventry's police chief Col. John MacDonald put it in an e-mail, "Please note for the record, Coventry Police and Fire were the first in Rhode Island to answer the call. And now the long-awaited and much anticipated Coventry Police and Coventry Fire Lip Synch Challenge." Click here for the Facebook link.
The challenge went to Warwick.

Warwick lost little time accepting.
Challenge accepted from the boys and girls on #LivePD , but it will be hard to top that awesome display of #airguitar and #discmoves ; we don't have a plane you know. We are applying the peer pressure.... @CurelyWpd @K9Fox2 @K9Viking1 @Jedidiah_Pineau @LipkaWPD @matthewsmoretti
