The Town held a ceremonial groundbreaking at 10 a.m. for the new police and human services complex.
COVENTRY, RI -- The Town held a ceremonial groundbreaking at 10 a.m. for the new police and human services complex. The work has already started, but the public was invited to see the progress. The project is supposed to be completed in 2019. The police department posted a video.
