Coventry Middle School Reports Social Media Threat Monday: Police

COVENTRY, RI — Police arrested a student from the Alan Shawn Feinstein Middle School in Coventry on Monday morning. Officers have released the youngster to the parents' custody. According to police, officers took a complaint about a threatening social media post at 6:56 a.m. The message was sent over Snapchat and went to several students. Police said the suspect has been identified and is being charged with disorderly conduct. The student's name is not being released due to the youngster's age.
