Cow Off The Hook Despite 'Moo'ving Violation In Coventry
Coventry police corralled a loose cow on Bramble Bush Road on Tuesday.
COVENTRY, RI — Coventry police corralled a loose cow on Bramble Bush Road on Tuesday. The officers gave the cow a drink of water and some food while the owner was located. Police joked they only gave the cow a "verbal warning" about a "moo"ving violation.
