Massachusetts Man Killed In Weekend Crash On I-95

Aaron Lee, 25, died after crashing into a guardrail and the Jersey barrier in the center of the highway.

RICHMOND, RI — A Massachusetts man was killed in an early morning crash on Interstate 95 South, Rhode Island State Police said. The victim was identified as 25-year-old Aaron Lee of Randolph.

The crash happened just south of Baker Pines Road in Richmond around 2:45 a.m. on Sunday. According to police, Lee hit a guardrail off of the right lane, before careening back across the highway and crashing into the Jersey barrier in the center. What caused the crash is unknown at this time.

Lee, who was the only person in the vehicle, was pronounced dead at the scene. No other cars were involved in the crash.
