Obituary: Elizabeth A. (Jacobs) Cottrell, 89

Elizabeth A. (Jacobs) Cottrell, 89, of Coventry died Tuesday, January 26th at Sunny View Nursing Home in Warwick. She was the beloved wife of the late Robert A. Cottrell.

Born in Jewett City, CT, Elizabeth was a daughter of the late John and Mary (Jarvis) Jacobs. She was employed as a secretary at H.W. Ellis Construction for several years until retiring in 1980.

Elizabeth is survived by a loving son: Robert E. Cottrell of Charlestown; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by several brothers and sisters.

Her funeral service and burial are private. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted. Funeral arrangements by THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Ave., Warwick.
