Obituary: Roland A. Belleville, 88

Roland A. Belleville, 88, of Woodland Drive, Coventry, passed away on Friday, January 15, 2016. He was the husband of the late Germaine A. (Tanguay) Belleville.

A lifelong resident of the Pawtuxet Valley, Roland was a son of the late Rene and Rose (Brouillard) Belleville.Roland was employed as a machine operator at Amtrol Inc. in West Warwick for 25 years before retiring in 1988. He was a Private First Class in the US Army serving in WWII. Roland enjoyed playing golf and he was an avid New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox fan.

He was the father of Honora A. Bertrand of Warwick and the grandfather of Dennis J. Bertrand also of Warwick. Roland was the brother of the late Joseph Belleville.

His Funeral will be Wednesday at 9:00 am from the IANNOTTI Funeral Home, 415 Washington St. (Rte.117), Coventry, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in Christ the King Church. Interment with military honors at Notre Dame Cemetery, West Warwick.
