COVENTRY, RI -- National Grid is reporting 354 households are without electricity. Warwick was hit hardest, but there are also outages in Warren and Coventry, with a few in North Kingstown, too. The estimate calls for power to be restored by 10 a.m. in Warren and by 11 a.m. everywhere else.
