CRANSTON, RI—Thirteen houses sold in Cranston last week, according to data from the statewide Multiple Listing Service.

The top sale price was for the 3-bedroom ranch at 94 Greening Lane, which sold for $470,000. It was originally listed for $499,000.

The lowest sale price was $105,000 for the 4-bedroom cottage at 185 Orchard St. Part of the reason the price was so low is that the house needs a new roof and serious electrical work, among other issues.
