The Taylor Hooton foundation was established in memory of the 17-year old high school athlete who took his own life after using anabolic steroids. Hoot’s Chalk Talk addresses the fact that young people and their parents are uneducated on either the prevalence of, or the real dangers of these powerful drugs.
