City Of East Providence Hiring Summer Bus Drivers
Hired drivers will work 30 to 35 hours a week from June 12 to August 6.
EAST PROVIDENCE, RI — The City of East Providence is currently hiring seasonal bus drivers to transport children and teens to and from a six-week Recreation Department summer playground program.
Hired drivers will work 30 to 35 hours a week from June 12 to August 6. The hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m with a pay of $15 per hour.
Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, three to five years of experience operating school buses or large vans, and possess a valid Rhode Island Commercial Driver's License Class B with air brake endorsement.

Hired applicants will be required to obtain a criminal background check inquiry with the Rhode Island Attorney General's office.
