E. Providence Police Seek Help Identifying Armed Robbery Suspects
Police say two men robbed a woman at gunpoint on Central Avenue in East Providence on Friday.
EAST PROVIDENCE, RI—East Providence Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying two suspects in an armed robbery that took place on Friday, Dec. 11.
Police say that at approximately 3 p.m. in the 100 block of Central Avenue, two men robbed a woman at gunpoint.
"A female was lured into the area under the guise of selling an item advertised online," said East Providence police in a Facebook post on Monday that provides surveillance video of the suspects. Officers noted that one suspect is wearing a cast on his left arm in the footage.
