East Providence Public Library Launches Summer Reading Challenge

EAST PROVIDENCE, RI — East Providence Public Library has launched its 2021 summer reading challenge, "Tails & Tales," which began June 31 and will take place through August 27.

The challenge is open to all ages and encourages kids, teens, and adults to keep reading during the summer.
Participants can follow these steps to earn prizes over the next several months:

1. Read or listen to books.
2. Track your reading on a Reading Log (Reading logs can be picked up at the library or downloaded online.)
3. Earn prizes for reading and attending library programs.
4. Claim your prizes at Weaver Library, Riverside Library, or Fuller Creative Learning Center from June 29 to August 27.
