Fire on Dunbar Ave.

According to scanner reports, a fire was called in for 74 Dunbar Ave. at 3:15 this afternoon, with the first floor engulfed. 

The building's integrity was compromised and within 15 minutes, all fire personnel were ordered out of the building.

Initial reports say the fire started in the basement.
