Obituary: Manuel M. "LeLe" Pinto, 66, Jewelry Polisher

Manuel M. “LeLe” Pinto, 66 of Roma St. passed away Wednesday June 22, 2016 surrounded by his family. He was the husband of Isaura Pinto.

Born in Brava, Cape Verde he was a son of the late Jose and Benvinda Pinto. He worked as a jewelry polisher for Tiffany Co., a member of Grupo Cretcheu, and was also a communicant of Saint Francis Xavier Church.

In addition to his wife he is survived by one son Jose Pinto of Cape Verde, two daughters Mindy Wright and her husband Kayron of Boston, Anna Maria Moore and her husband Steven of East Providence, four grandchildren Steven, Ayden, Lennox, Langston, and seven brothers and sisters Maria Santos, Joao Pinto, Jose Pinto, Laurenca Miranda, Anna Pinto Avelino, Domingos DeVoy, and Armandina Pinto.

His funeral will be held on Tuesday at 8:45 AM from the PERRY-McSTAY FUNERAL HOME 2555 Pawtucket Avenue, East Providence with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in St. Francis Xavier Church, North Carpenter Street, East Providence. Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Calling hours will be held Monday 4-8 PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Escola Materna Nossa Sehora daGraca Inc. P.O.
