Screaming Woman Draws Officer to Man Wanted on Warrant

An anonymous caller reported a woman screaming at 165 Deer St. Nov. 9, drawing an East Providence Policeman to the address.

Once at the address, the officer found Keveen Nobre, 24, of 7 Running Stream Road, Rehoboth, MA. Nobre told the officer the screaming was from an argument he'd just had with a woman in his home. 

With the screaming explained, Nobre just had an outstanding Sixth District Court warrant for failing to appear on an unrelated charge to address. That wasn't easily explained away, and Nobre was arrested on the warrant.
