Man Shot And Killed In Providence Was From Lincoln: Police
Police say gunshots were exchanged Friday at an auto shop on Harris Ave. One man was killed and another fled.
PROVIDENCE, RI — A man shot and killed at a Providence auto repair shop on Friday has been identified as Joshua Costa, 31, of Lincoln.
Providence Police on Sunday released Costa's name. On Friday shortly before 2 p.m., officers responded to an exchange of gunfire at 405 Harris Avenue. Costa was killed and another man fled. Few details have been released. It was the city's fifth homicide of the year.
