Providence Police ID Suspect In Murder Of Lincoln Man
Police on Monday were seeking Phillip Manners Rojas for an April 16 shooting at a Providence auto repair shop. Joshua Costa, 31, was killed.

Providence police detectives on Monday issued an arrest warrant for Phillip Manners, 41, in connection with the April 16 shooting death of a Lincoln man inside an auto repair shop.
Manners, also known as Phillip Manners Rojas, faces a charge of first-degree murder, said Providence police detective Maj. David Lapatin. Manners is described as 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighing about 310 pounds.
Rojas is wanted in connection with a fatal shooting that took place at 405 Harris Ave. in Providence. Joshua Costa, 31, was shot during an exchange of gunfire inside an auto shop. Police say both men were armed when they met up inside the building, and that they shot at each other. Neither man was an employee of the repair business.
