MIDDLETOWN, RI — A home at 426 Tuckerman Avenue was sold on July 21 for $1,875,000 by Lila Delman Real Estate International. Stella Fitzsimmons, Sales Associate, represented the buyer. The price represents the highest single family home sale in Middletown year-to-date, according to data from the Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service.
