Two underage boys were arrested while running away from what police believe to be a drug deal.

SOUTH KINGSTOWN, RI — Two people were arrested after shots were fired at a South Kingstown park on Monday afternoon, according to police. The gunshots are believed to be connected to a drug deal and not a random act.

Two underage boys were caught and arrested on Rodman Street, and a 9 mm handgun was seized by police. Officers were unable to find the vehicle.
