Candlelight vigil today for Newtown. The vigil will be held in Memorial Square by Ocean Road at 4:30 p.m. For more info, click here.

Don’t stay home for Home for the Holidays. The Courthouse Center for the Arts presents Home for the Holidays at 4 p.m. today. Admission is free, but first-come, first served.

Clear your head before the final crush of the holidays. There is a free monthly guided zen meditation at 8:30 a.m. at All That Matters. For more info, click here.

Ice skating! There will be a public skate session at the Boss Ice Arena from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. For more info and rates, click here.

Has the time or date or details of one of your events changed? Oh no! Maybe there seriously aren’t that many events today, given that it’s the Birthday of Queen Silvia Flag Day in Sweden. As a result, our events calendar for today is a bit barren.
