Has the time or date or details of one of your events changed? If you posted the event yourself on our site, then remember – You can always change the details if you’re logged into your Patch account. Failing that, leave a comment on the item in question! The issue is that lately, people have been e-mailing me, and depending on the time of the day, it can take me anywhere from 30 minutes or 30 hours to get to the item, unfortunately. As a result, I encourage you all to be as proactive as possible!

Oh no! Maybe there seriously aren’t that many events today, given that it’s DNA Day. As a result, our events calendar for today is a bit barren. If you’re having an event, please let us know in the comments. Also, make sure it isn’t left out in the future – Submit it via this link (as long as you’re logged into your Patch account).
Sign up for our daily newsletter! Hey, I realize we have a lot of neat features and knick-knacks on the site, so it can be confusing to keep up with it all. Oddly enough, I was expecting the first use to be earlier, like around the time of that true tale of Robin Hood… On this day in 1792, Nicolas Jacques Pelletier was the first person executed by guillotine.
It’s the goddamn Clown Prince of Basketball, show some respect! Happy 81st birthday to Meadowlark Lemon!
