Carol Jean Reichman Gray, Elementary Reading Specialist, Dies at 71

Carol Jean Reichman Gray, 71, died on Saturday, July 8, 2013.

She was born Jan. 10, 1942 in Salt Lake City, UT. She was a graduate of East High School, completed her Bachelor’s at University of Utah and her Masters at the University of Rhode Island. Carol was the loving wife of Brian L. Gray, they met in Flagstaff, AZ and were married in 1973 in Prescott, AZ. They enjoyed 40 wonderful years together.

Carol was a reading specialist at elementary schools throughout Rhode Island. She felt it was important to share her love of reading with others. Carol enjoyed traveling, music, flowers, and was an avid Patriots fan. She loved her family most of all.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, July 13 at 10 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints 1240 Boston Neck Rd., Narragansett, RI. Interment will be in the Jordan Cemetery 240 Boston Post Rd., Waterford, CT at 1 p.m. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
