Dennis M. Kane, Chariho teacher, Dies at 64

Dennis M. Kane, 64, formerly of Wakefield, died on Thursday, June 27, 2013.

He was the beloved husband of Suzanne (Archambault) Kane. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Michael G. and Betty Ann (Hogan) Kane.

Mr. Kane was an elementary school teacher for the Chariho School System. He was a very proud American who would have loved to have served his country, but there were circumstances beyond his control that prevented him from joining the armed forces.

The funeral was held on Wednesday, July 10, 2013 from the Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia Street, Wakefield, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Christ the King Church, 180 Old North Road, Kingston. Burial followed in St. Francis Cemetery, Peace Dale.
