DUI Arrest, And Citation For Pellet Gun
A Narragansett man is cited for disorderly conduct after his neighbors tell police he threatened them with a pellet gun. Narragansett police logs from May 5 and 6, 2013.

Narragansett Woman Charged With DUI
Jana-Gae M. Turner, 55, of 1344 Ocean Road, Narragansett, was arrested at about 2:10 a.m. on May 5 and charged with drunken driving, and cited for refusing to submit to a chemical test.

According to police, an officer monitoring traffic on Point Judith Road near Maridee Bait and Tackle clocked a Ford Focus at 29 miles per hour in a 45 mile per hour zone. Police said that the car was also swerving, and as a result, a traffic stop was made near Palm Beach Avenue.
Police said that while speaking with Turner, she smelled strongly of alcohol. Police said she consented to field sobriety tests, which she failed, at which point she was arrested.

According to police, Turner refused to submit to chemical breath tests at headquarters. She was processed and then released at about 4:30 a.m.
Narragansett Man Cited for Disorderly Conduct, Alleged Threats With Pellet Gun
Steven E. Gould, 56, of 19 Black Adler Trail, Narragansett, was cited at about 4:20 p.m. on May 5 and charged with disorderly conduct.
According to police, they received a complaint from a neighbor of Gould that he had threatened them with a gun, because of noise they were making with doing yard work.
Police said that when they spoke to Gould, he told them he had yelled at neighbors for the noise they were making. Police noted that there were several children outside at the time of the disturbance, and a pellet gun was found near Gould.
According to police, based on the statements by neighbors, Gould and the finding of the pellet gun, Gould was cited for disorderly conduct. The scene was cleared at about 4:40 p.m.
