Free COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic At RI State Beach This Weekend

The Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management will hold a vaccine clinic at Misquamicut State Beach on Saturday.

WESTERLY, RI — Along with sunscreen and a big hat, Rhode Island beachgoers can get an extra level of protection this weekend at a free COVID-19 vaccination clinic.

The Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management is hosting the popup at Misquamicut State Beach from 11 a.m. to noon in the parking lot. Both residents and non-residents can get vaccinated. The single-dose Johnson and Johnson vaccine will be administered, and is available to anyone 18 years old and up.

Parking fees will be in effect, including for anyone coming just to get vaccinated.
