Happy 80th Birthday, Ken Andrew | Patch Announcements

NARRAGANSETT-SOUTH KINGSTOWN, RI — Happy 80th birthday to Ken Andrew, a beloved member of the South County community.

The birthday wish was submitted by Carol Andrew, Ken's wife of more than half a century. Here's what she had to say:

Ken is a humble man and probably won't be happy about my post! We have been married 52 years and he adopted my two children a year after we married.

He never met a child he didn't like! Good thing as he spent his career in education. He became Director of Education at a few schools retiring from Narragansett High School. He was then called to work at Ocean Tides School as the Director of Special Education.

He now enjoys golf and cooking. His family wants to say Happy Birthday, we love you!
