SOUTH KINGSTOWN, RI – The property at 230 Walden Way in South Kingstown has sold for $1,350,000. According to the realtor, Lila Delman Real Estate International, the price "represents the highest residential sale in the six Land N Sea developments, since the inception of the current" Multiple Listing Service System. Ruth Bellino, sales associate, represented the seller.
