Little Compton Fire & Marine 1 Assist Boat In Distress
A boat was taking on water Friday, but the Coast Guard towed it to safety.
LITTLE COMPTON, RI — Two people were on board Friday afternoon when a boat started taking on water, the Little Compton Fire Department said. Marine 1 and the Middletown Fire Department went out to the boat just north of Browns Ledge. The Coast Guard towed it away. No one was hurt. Click here for the account.
