As Memorial Day Looms, RI State Beaches Still Need Lifeguards
The Department of environmental Management is still looking for qualified entry-level and senior lifeguards.

NARRAGANSETT, RI — With the start of beach season just a few days away in Rhode Island, the Department of Environmental Management is still on the lookout for lifeguards.
Both entry-level and senior lifeguard positions are open to qualified candidates, the department said, with availability at state parks and beaches throughout the state.
In addition to lifeguards, other summer jobs at state parks, campgrounds and beaches are available, the department said.
