Narragansett House Sells for $6.075 Million, Second Highest Price Ever for Town

The house at 131 Boston Neck Road has sold for $6.075 million, according to Lila Delman Real Estate International.
The Tuesday sale of the oceanfront house along the Narragansett coastline marks the second-highest sale price ever for a property in Narragansett.
“I have had the pleasure of working on the sale of this home in the past and was just as impressed with its powerful stance on the Narragansett coast in this sale,” said Melanie Delman, President of Lila Delman Real Estate International.

The gated property, along with awesome views of Narragansett Bay, offers direct access to Narragansett Beach and is in spitting distance of the exclusive Dunes Club beach club.
Delman said in a release that the home is a “perfect beach lovers’ retreat.”

The four bedroom, 5-bathroom 3,561 square foot house was originally built in 1920 and the entire property was assessed by the town at $3.56 million this year.
The sell,er Nicole Berg, bought the house in 2012 for $4.6 million, according to town records.
The buyer was not disclosed.
Delman was assisted by Associate Stella Fitzsimmons in the sale.
