According to police, they received a report of a loud argument and an unruly man – later identified as Bonn – at the home of a 57-year-old Narragansett woman.

Police said when they investigated, they found a Christmas tree lying at the foot of the stairs outside, as if it had been thrown, and damage to a wall inside the home, consistent with a punch. Police also noted that shoe impressions on the window of a door matched the shoes Bonn was wearing.

Based on evidence at the scene and a statement from the woman, police said Bonn was arrested. Police noted that during his arrest, Bonn went completely limp and repeatedly called out for his mother, and as a result, police had to forcibly remove him from the home.

According to police, Bonn was processed at headquarters and then transferred to Fourth Division District Court for arraignment at about 2 p.m.

In June 2012, Bonn was arrested by Narragansett police and charged with felony drug possession. For details of that arrest, click here. According to online records, that case has not proceeded past the initial arraignment.
