Narragansett Roller Rink Sold For $1.3 Million
The price is the highest for a mixed use commercial property in Town since 2007 before the Great Recession, according to the realtor.
NARRAGANSETT, RI—Narragansett's roller rink has been sold for $1.3 million, Lila Delman Real Estate International said Thursday. The Ocean Club, which is located at 360 South Pier Road across from the Salt Pond Shopping Center, has a 20,000 square foot arena and 150 parking spaces. The price is the highest for a mixed use commercial property in Town since 2007 before the Great Recession, according to the realtor, citing data from the statewide Multiple Listing Service.
