Obituary: Joseph A. Maccarone, 63, Systems Analyst, Loved Music and Gardening

Joseph A. Maccarone, 63, of Wakefield, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, June 24, 2016. He was the beloved husband of Ellen (Hatten) Maccarone. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Armando and Ida (Trementozzi) Maccarone.

Joseph worked as a senior systems analyst for Fidelity in Boston, MA for 15 years. He loved music, landscaping and gardening, as well as football and his favorite team the New York Giants.

Besides his wife he is survived by his loving son Jeffrey M. Maccarone and his wife Deborah of Wakefield, cherished granddaughter Talia Faith Maccarone and dear sister Christine Nelson of North Providence.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory-SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL, 1111 Boston Neck Rd. (Rt. 1A), Narragansett on Tuesday at 9 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Mary Star of the Sea, 864 Point Judith Rd., Narragansett. Burial will take place in New Fernwood Cemetery, Kingston. VISITING HOURS will be Monday from 4 - 8 p.m.
